I think that the customer service team always seem grumpy and not happy to be dealing with you. As a customer you get a happy, smuiling and helpful sales person to sell you a car and this attitude and approach should be visible throughout all customer points of contact - this is known in business as "Moments of Truth" On the 3 occasions I have had my car serviced or repaired, I get the feeling that the staff are either unhappy or under pressure and not that happy. This comes across in how you are welcomed and you leave feeling like you have been a nuisance a not a valued customer. I would still recommend NMG as the actual work done was quick, efficient and good but just some re-fcus on how the front of house staff welcome, greet and treat customers could be improved.
