I am pleased that I bought my KIA Sedona three years ago from your garage. However my reason for this e-mail is to thank you for the excellent after sales service that I continue to receive every time my vehicle is serviced. Your team in the service department have never failed to be helpful, make the customer feel special. Also their knowledge of the vehicles, how they explain any problems shows the high level of training that has been achieved. If you would convey my thanks to your service team, not forgetting the service engineers that complete the overall service I would be very much obliged.

Thanks for getting back to me and answering our queries we will contact Nissan and get the information just in case we ever need it. The X Trail is fab. Such a pleasure to drive and I had the first chance to tow with it Sunday and was very impressed with its performance, in fact I had to keep checking my speed as I couldn't feel the trailer on the back! Bit different from the Mondeo. I'd also like to say how impressed were from the service that we have received from you, from the follow up e-mails to ensure everything is ok, to sorting out any queries efficiently and quickly.
