Hi Phil, many thanks for the test drive on the Steed sorry I was unable to wash before returning, the test went very well and I must say we were all very the emphasis is on the very impressed with the way the vehicle performed, as the photos showed we tried it in very extreme conditions and it performed beyond our expectations as you could see by the photo of the telehoist the tractors had stopped working because it was too wet but the Steed ploughed through without stopping, what was most admirable it did all this on ordinary road tyres. I personally highly recommend this vehicle and will hope to acquire one by the end of the year, if any potential customer asks if it will perform off road then you have the pictures and our recommendation that it performs very well. On the road it drove well not harsh or wallowing like some models but felt firmly planted and cabin comfort would do well on long trips, once again Phil many thanks, we will keep in touch, Bob.

Mr & Mrs Stagles taking delivery of a new kia Vega, having purchased a New Sportage in July 2010 decided to give up the caravan so the Sportage became surplus to requirement, but being faithful to the Kia brand as this is the 3rd New kia, selected the Venga.

Heidi A note to say - "thank you". Our car the SX4 does all we want and fits the bill quite nicely. The heart would still love the drive in the Swift - but that can wait. For now, little Sophia appreciates and enjoys her trips in the SX4. Previous experience of buying a new car is plagued by salesmen telling me what I want, what I should do and why they are selling such a superior product. How nice then that we were allowed to decide what we wanted, what we should do and were allowed to make our own mind up over the product. The constant ringing of the phone plaguing me for an answer did not materialize, the lack of pestering phone calls was pleasant change. Well a quick visit to home so I thought I would do this for you as promised.
I am very impressed with the car and it is growing on me very quickly. I look forward to having the tow bar fitted and once I have enough miles on the clock an outing with the caravan.
"Being a keen caravanner and having been the owner of two previous pre 2009 KIA Sorentos, I am very pleased with the purchase of my new 2010 model Sorento. This car is totally different in drivability and I am very impressed with the performance and economy compared to the pre 2009 model, which as a towing vehicle was outstanding but did not have the performance or economy. The 2010 model is a good crossover, giving the day to day economy and performance of a car and also having seven seats, plus the muscle that so many caravan owners liked in the pre 2009 model. I'm sure this car will do well in the family and caravan owners market, especially having a seven year warranty included.
My 5' 1" wife finds the car very easy and comfortable to drive with controls being in easy reach, likes the gearbox and all round visibility. So with the NCAP rating I think this will be a hit with mums with growing families.

Hi Matt Thank you very much for sending the photo of me with my lovely new car. Steve bought me some nice new mats and boot liner for it, and these were installed within 5 minutes of arriving home! Subject: Re Purchase of Suzuki SX4
For The Attention of the Managing Director and Sales Manager
Earlier today my wife and I picked up our 08 Reg Suzuki SX4, and we wanted to write and thank you for the outstanding service that we received. As a manger in a customer focussed organisation myself, I know that problems are swiftly (albeit understandably) brought to our attention. Acknowledgement of customer service excellence however, is sadly less forthcoming.
Throughout the whole process of our purchase and the subsequent collection of the vehicle, the service was first class. The member of the sales staff who served us (Jason) was friendly, polite, thorough, informative and helpful. At no time did either my wife or I feel pressured (something that we are wary of in these situations). On receipt of the car we found it to be immaculately presented and we were delighted to find that a new set of tyres had been fitted, something that we had not expected. Any small points that we had highlighted at the time of the sale had been fully taken care of.
Please pass on our thanks to all those involved, from the sales team to the staff who prepared the car. We bought a £6000 second hand car, but I do not believe that we could have been made to feel any more of a valued customer if we had purchased a brand new car for four times that amount!
We have had little time to drive the car so far but I have every confidence that all is in good order. I also have no doubt that if there were any problems that they would be addressed with the same friendly efficiency.
Thank you for making this such a pleasant stress-free experience.
Subject: Recent purchase Sorento
We recently purchased a 55 plate KIA Sorento from yourselves and would just like to say what a pleasure it was. Trevor really looked after us and gave great service. We travelled from Lincoln to look at the vehicle and when we arrived it was undercover, in its own parking space and ready to take out for a test drive. It required a small amount of paintwork to be done but was ready for us to pick up as arranged 5 days later.
Trevor kept us informed of what was happening right the way through the whole process.
People are quick to complain when they receive bad service. Good service is hard to come by these days and deserves recognition. We would definitely recommend NMG to anyone looking for good friendly service.

Thought I would send you this email as it is now a week since we picked up my new car. I have to say I feel just as comfortable now as I did sitting in the Showroom Car before our purchase, I absolutely love it, and am sure I made the right choice. It has been on show and various people have had the chance to sit in it and all have said they are amazed at the space for a small car, and I can even get my shopping in the boot!
