Kia's Ex_Cee'd Sports Cabrio Concept
Kia, one of the fastest growing car manufacturers in the world, have released a concept of their first ever convertible car. Based on the Pro_Cee'd, which uses the companies new Kia Cee'd as a base, the ex_cee'd Cabrio Concept was born. Set to make its official debut in Geneva next month, the ex_cee'd is the first vehicle designed under the company's new design chief, Peter Schreyer.The new Kia cab takes the vast majority of its inspiration and stunning looks from the brand new cee'd hatchback, which is their current hopes to break into the main stream market such as the VW Golf and the Ford Focus. The roof of the new convertable is going to be made from a "romantic" soft top opposed to a metal hard top and the car also features uniquely designed 19" wheels as standard!
Kia will be showing their wares at the latest Geneva show including the concept Kia pro_cee'd, the Kia Cee'd station wagon and the Kia Rio Hybrid.The Ceed station wagon in particular riding on an extended wheelbase, 10 inches longer than the five-door hatch and boasts an impressive 18.9 cubic feet of cargo space behind the second row - 7 cubic feet more than the hatchback.
