NMG Kia are delighted toannounce the appointment of the first Kia 'Genius' and brand ambassador, whowill work alongside the sales and aftersales teams to deliver even higherlevels of customer service.
Karol Piaseczny hasworked at NMG since 2013 in a variety of roles along with both of his brothersArka and Alek. They come from a motor trade family in their native Poland andcame to the UK from Olesnica, Karol was searching for a sales opportunity inparticular and he and his brothers worked in aftersales and vehiclepreparation, with Karol working weekends as well in support of car sales. Karolis also a trained classic car restorer and speaks several languages. Olderbrother Arak is currently working at NMG in smart repairs with younger brotherAlek recently taking a HGV role outside of NMG.
NMG have assistedKarol's understanding of the UK motor industry with training and support beforeputting him forward to the Kia Academy as a potential 'Genius'. Following acomprehensive selection, induction and training programme at the Kia Academy,Karol recently attained his accreditation and is now available in the showroomand service reception for customers to find out all about the very latest Kiatechnology. He is easy to spot in his Red Kia Jacket.
Amongst his many dutieshis primary role is to be a first point contact, confident, dynamic, engagingambassador for the Dealership and the Kia Brand. His level of product knowledgeand training is designed to lift customer experience to an all-time high andinstil at all times the Kia 'Family Like Care' ethos, which sits comfortablywith NMG's own mantra of 'Nobody Tries Harder Than NMG...Nobody!'

Paul Hewitt the KiaSales Manager and Sales Director outlined Karol's core responsibilities as:Reviewing and responding to customer enquiries (email, telephone, or physicalvisits) with the Sales Team, including the use of video technologydemonstrations. Offering customers the presentation of new Kia vehicles andtechnologies.
Conducting second new vehicle handovers, orpre-handovers at a time that suits the customer, helping them to betterunderstand their new car and its latest technologies.
He will also be workingwith Aftersales front of house to address any product related enquiries (e.g.Bluetooth pairing and specialist technology demonstrations like parallelparking and to advise on Kia Genuine accessories options) Karol's productknowledge is second to none and we know he will be called upon as the vehicletechnology continues to develop at a rapid pace, in fact we have our first KiaHybrid car due shortly, the all-new Niro SUV crossover Hybrid.
