    Here in the NMG Aftersales Centre we live and breathe our motto of Nobody Tries Harder than NMG....Nobody!

    Hi I'm Michael Long the Group Aftersales Manager & Parts Manager, my sole aim is to give you a service that goes over and above your expectations. The whole team here at NMG work under the ethos of treating you, the customer, as they themselves would expect to be treated. I won't accept anything less so if you feel we're letting you down in any way please call me, on 01603 775100...I do want to know.

    Now let me tell you what we're all about...

    Courtesy Bus? Loan Cars? Free Collection and Delivery? - It's all at NMG!

    We will go out of our way to reduce the hassle of a trip to the garage, either by providing you with a loan car (you simply pay for fuel) or by dropping you off in Norwich, and collecting you and your shopping later in our Courtesy Bus. We also offer collection within a five-mile radius of the dealership.

    Our Team of Fully Trained Technicians

    We are very proud of all of our fully trained technicians, all of which do genuinely care about you and your car. We have a fantastic team of technicians including our three Master Technicians Lee, Adam and Wayne. If you look at our "Meet The Team Page" on this site you can see all the staff who are here to support you. These guys are all led and controlled by our Works Controller Paul Wood, you will soon spot him, he is the one looking over worked!

    Experienced parts team!

    Our Parts team is headed by myself and the rest of the team Martin, Mike, Luke, Jonny and Andy our Trade Parts representative there isn't much we don't know when it comes to parts!. .

    Last but definitely not least is our Service Team!!

    WThe guys on the front line are let's just say "larger than life" and guaranteed to put a smile on your face, come in and meet Johnathan, Trevor and Matt yourself and you'll see what I mean. The rest of the team is Tony Burns our former Service Manager who in retirement decided to stay on and is our warranty claims manager. Carl and Robert on aftersales customer bookings and follow-up. Then not to be forgotten we have Chrissie, Danny, Tomasz, Sean and Stephen, on service support logistics.
    Logistically we have Sean Hall our Prep. Manager and logistical genius. Sean started at NMG as an apprentice and having qualified as a Technician has gone on to greater things. He co-ordinates all car sales preparation, driving and vehicle movements, along with the Smart Repairers, site valeting and external contractors. His team is Ian and Arak, on smart repairs, Johnathan, Piotr, Ben, Nick, David, and Saturday lad Luke on vehicle movement and valeting.

    Between the entire team, they have got over 300+ years' experience in vehicles and aftersales. (I don't think I've missed anyone)

    So please come in and give us a try, not all garages are the same, and if we don't make you smile, feel free to give me a call!

  • Aftersales Department Opening Times
    • Monday to Friday: The workshop is open 8:00am to 5:30pm
    • Saturdays: 8:00am to 1:00pm
    • Sundays and Bank Holidays: CLOSED

    For customer convenience we are open for you to drop off your vehicle from 7:30am and last collection is 5:45pm Monday to Friday, and 12.30pm on Saturdays.

    Courtesy cars are available for a nominal charge and we offer a City Courtesy Bus (drop and collection times by appointment at service desk weekdays only)

  • Motor Industry Code Of Practice

    As members of the Motor Industry Code Of Practise we abide by the standards set and this is not something we treat lightly. We invest heavily in training and equipment in our pursuit of excellence and first time fix wherever possible. Our parts stock holding covers some 10,000 product lines and we are able to order many parts for next day delivery if we ourselves do not carry the item on the shelf.

    We recognise how important a person's motor vehicle is to them in their busy life and work schedules and we will commit to do everything possible to ensure that the down time for your vehicle is kept to an absolute minimum. We also offer subject to advance booking, customer courtesy vehicles and we are open five and half days a week for service, MOT, repairs, tyres, parts and accessories.

    • We will always seek your clearance to carry out additional work discovered, unless you have already asked us to service and repair your vehicle as required. Our aim is to ensure you develop a strong feeling of trust in our services, conclude that we do not carry out unnecessary work, and that you always use NMG for service, repair and MOT work.
    • We will supply original equipment parts and accessories on all new vehicles supplied and repaired during warranty.
    • We can offer you a choice of original equipment parts or pattern parts when your vehicle is out of warranty.
    • Your service history log will be stamped and fully completed, to enhance the future value of your vehicle.
    • We offer Courtesy Cars available on request (please always ask in advance).
    • We will complete a free service wash on vehicles for services booked in advance (full valets can be quoted for as required.
