We are covered by the FSCS. You may be entitled to compensation under the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of business and circumstances of the claim. Finance compensation is covered under the new Consumer Credit Directive, section 75 and 75a, which is complex. Maximum cover is offered on products where the amount of the credit agreement is not more than £60,260. Insurance advising and arranging is covered for 100% of the first £2,000 and 90% of the remainder of the claim, without any upper limit.
