NMG staff win more awards
It is all smiles at NMG and not for the first time this year.
We are delighted to announce that NMG staff have won more awards and national honours.
We are delighted to announce that Jordan Beales (Left)Â won a Silver at the Suzuki Apprentice Of The Year Awards, after completing a number of tests and technicalÂ examinations in front ofÂ invigilators and the trainers atÂ SGB, he took one of the jointÂ runner-up prizes. He is due toÂ finish his appenticeship in theÂ summer and become a full technician, before moving onto his study as a Suzuki Master Technician. Recently Adam Richardson (right) Workshop Quality Controller received his Suzuki Master Technician award from Suzuki GB. Adam is also well on track to achieve his Kia Master Technician status later this year.
On Friday of last week, we saw Wayne Bilverstone (left) receive his official recognition as Technician. Shown here receiving his award from David Ovenden the new Kia National Sales Director who was visiting NMG for the first time.
We recently heard that Des Cook (right) is the first Kia Gold Service Advisor in the Kia Academy for the region, another milestone for NMG. He is now working towards Platinum and is hoping to become the first to qualify in the Region.
At the same time we heard that Jim Baldwin (left) is the first Kia Silver Sales Executive in the Kia Academy for the region. He is now working towards Gold before moving onto Platinum.
Chris Conway NMG's Kia Sales Manager is shown below receiving a plaque on behalf of the team for NMG joining the Kia 100+ Club. NMG having taken first place in the region and 4th nationally for volume of new Kia sales in a given month (over 100+ units in the month of March and the highest volume in the quarter).
Managing Director of NMG Grant Long said "I am extremely delighted with these awards, not only for the individuals concerned but for the Company. I also recognise the contribution of everyone across the Company for their hard work and efforts this year so far. We took several national top honours last year with our Apprentices and staff and we just continue to build on these core values"
