Michael Long Aftersales Manager
I am delighted to announce two star performers, Michael Long has been accredited at the Kia Academy as our first ever DOUBLE GOLD WINNER, he is now a certified GOLD Service and Parts Manager. I am equally delighted to announce that Des Cook has also been accredited as a BRONZE WINNER, he is now a certified Bronze Service Manager. Both men achieved these awards at the Kia Academy and IMI courses.
Very well done Michael, he is now pursuing our first ever, Double Platinum Aftersales achievement, to join Des and Jim our other two Platinum achievers. Des keeps collecting the medals, he is now pursuing Silver Service Management achievement, to sit alongside his Platinum Service Advisor status, and he will soon need a bigger chest or trophy cabinet!
We really do have some great staff, we value all off them, and well done everyone that is achieving higher learning at the respective academies. Very well done Michael and Des.
