Job Description

Isuzu Norwich seeks a true GO GETTER to help us increase the sale of new and used ISUZU and commercial vehicles. We have a strong reputation, a fine heritage since 1969, and excellent customer retention. 

We are currently recruiting for an ISUZU BRAND SPECIALIST  to promote and sell our company, product, and services within the farming, construction, forestry, fleet and local business community throughout Norfolk and East Anglia.

The Role:

  • To secure new business and new Isuzu pick-up sales within the fleet and local business sector.
  • Represent the Manufacturers providing an excellent level of customer service.
  • Develop established customer relations whilst continually seeking new opportunities with corporate / business customers across the region.
  • You will be targeted on prospecting to new businesses including visits, test drives, as well as unit sales targets. Full training and support will be supplied by ourselves and through our partners, where you will attend the Isuzu Franchise Academy.
  • You will be required to develop a thorough knowledge of all products, accessories, finance options, USP's as well as major competitors.
  • You should be used to working to a structured Sales Process, where each stage of prospect/sale is recorded in our dealer contact system.


We are looking for a Candidate whom:

  • Has proven commercial vehicle experience
  • Commercial vehicle / B2B / Corporate / Business sales experience is essential, FCA accredited. (Please do not contact us if you cannot meet these criteria)
  • Is prepared to work off-site visiting clients at their business premises (this is not a showroom based, desk job)
  • Will be proactive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
  • Always willing to go the extra mile.
  • You must have a Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.

We already have an established database - we now seek to expand it and continue to build on the Isuzu brand and our own success.
