NMG Kia is pleased to announce their latest sponsorship venture with local team Norwich Cricket Club (NCC), based at Ferry’s Lane, Postwick, Norwich. The Club have three senior teams, they play in the East Anglia Premier League and the Norfolk Alliance Division’s. Currently they have over 60 adult players/members and over 100 junior cricketers, so the club is thriving. NMG have sponsored the Club with the provision of three senior team strips, and have already been the seasons match ball sponsor and will be displaying Kia Cars at selected matches. The first match for display of Kia, hosted by Andy Key of NMG will be played against Premier rivals Sudbury on Saturday 22nd July at 11:00am and everyone is welcome at the Postwick ground. With the new Kia UK initiative “Gift of Kit” Kia and NMG are delighted to continue supporting grass roots cricket.
This sponsorship, along with other Norfolk Cricket Clubs means NMG Kia will be seen by hundreds, if not thousands of people during the season. NMG & Kia branded club strip shirts featuring the club, Kia and NMG logos, as modelled here by Director of Cricket Chris Borrett. The initiative also came about as a good number of players, members, and supporters of the Club, including Cyril Adams Chairman of the House Committee all drive Kia cars.
NMG and Kia also supplied a signed cricket bat by England Legend Alec Stewart OBE, former England Captain which the club will auction at their annual sponsors event.
NMG and Kia wish the Club and its many players and supporters all the best. Howzatt!
